Scope Overview

Horizon 120 is a major business park development designed to provide over 750,000 sq ft of high-tech, industrial, office and logistics space. We delivered the early infrastructure works, including a new entrance from Cuckoo Way roundabout, a secondary access from the A131 and the central spine road serving the development. Our scope also included site clearance, earthworks, drainage installations, kerbing, footways and paved areas, helping to unlock the site for future commercial growth.
