Earls Court is a landmark regeneration project that will transform a historic London site into a landscape-led neighbourhood, delivering 4,000 new homes, 2.5 million sq ft of commercial space, 20 acres of public realm and more than 1,000 new trees.

Project Overview

We are delivering enabling works to support the regeneration of Earls Court, a major £10bn London development that will ultimately provide 4,000 new homes and significant new public infrastructure. Our initial works include the demolition of a large concrete podium, installation of high-voltage ducting adjacent to a live TfL tunnel, and the removal of a pipeline over an operational railway, helping prepare the site for future phases of development.
