Project Overview
We are delivering infrastructure and highway works to support the delivery of integrated on-site infrastructure and off-site highway improvements to support the development and wider road network. The project will enable the delivery of a new rail terminal, development plots for warehousing, and major transport infrastructure that enhances capacity, connectivity and long-term network resilience.
Scope Overview
Our scope includes integrated on-site infrastructure works such as drainage, utilities, street lighting, estate roads and adopted highways, together with the construction of key transport links including the Park Street Bypass and A414 roundabout improvements.
Off-site works delivered under Section 278 include junction and roundabout upgrades, enhancements to M25 Junctions 21a and 22, Public Rights of Way connections and active travel improvements.
