Sizewell C is a significant energy infrastructure project that will provide reliable, low-carbon electricity to around six million homes. As one of the UK's largest clean energy developments, the project will strengthen energy security, support the transition to net zero and create thousands of skilled jobs across the country.

Project Overview

Sizewell C will provide decades of clean, reliable electricity for around 6 million homes. Together with wind and solar, it will help to build a greener energy system and protect households from high gas prices. Since 2023, we have been supporting the project through the delivery of enabling and infrastructure works, while contributing to its ambition of recruiting 1,500 apprentices and significant investment within the local communities.

Scope Overview

Through our on-site direct workforce of more than 400 personnel and a fleet of over 80 items of plant and equipment, we have delivered extensive enabling, infrastructure and groundworks packages to support the construction of Sizewell C. Our works have included utilities, highways and reinforced concrete structures that form key elements of the site's infrastructure. Working across multiple areas of the project, we have collaborated closely with other contractors, shared best practice and lessons learned, and contributed to the successful delivery so far.
